Note:

• Access for all participants is granted only with the participant badge, which can be collected from the Registration Desk.

• If a participant does not present their badge, the organizers reserve the right to restrict their access to the event.

• The badge will have a UNIQUE QR code. To maximize the number of CME credits, please scan your badge daily every time you enter/exit the room where the scientific sessions are held

 

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Requests to cancel Congress registrations must be received in writing by the Congress Secretariat no later than March 1st, 2025, to receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of 30 LEI

• Cancellation requests received between March 1st, 2025 and September 10th, 2025, will be refunded at 50%.

• No refunds will be issued starting March 16th, 2025, or later.
